  I feel safe staying in this property. It is clean. Accessible to the mall and other point on interests. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Everyone has good communication. The wifi is also good, no service interruption. I recommend this place and its people. Will definitely come back.

  Location was good. It was secured.
  
  What could be improved: There were lots of coackroaches roaming around the entire place! There's no internet from our second night until check-out 'coz their subscription run out. Waited for a long time to be check-in because the owner failed to email us the authorizarion letter. It could have been better if there's toilet tissue available. And last but not the least…the couch is broken and we were not allowed to use it 😅🫠

  What could be improved: poor communication. check-in process was very long. had to contact a lot of people. during my prior experiences with other hosts, all instructions were provided clearly via the booking app. with this booking, i still had to remind them and was required to show again proof of my confirmation.
  
  sofa was broken. good thing i check on things upon entering the unit. it would have been nice to do netflix and chill but could not sit at the already broken furniture. reported it to the property management staff immediately, which they acknowledged.
