The Radiance Manila Bay Studio 2 Overview
First Impressions
Walking into The Radiance Manila Bay Studio 2, you immediately get that modern studio vibe that actually works for this part of Manila. The building sits right on Roxas Boulevard, and honestly, the location is probably the biggest selling point here — you’re basically steps away from Manila Bay without paying those insane waterfront hotel prices. It’s a four-star setup that feels more like a well-designed serviced apartment than a traditional hotel, which I found refreshing after staying in so many cookie-cutter places around the city.
The Studio Setup
The studio itself is smartly laid out — you’ve got everything you need without feeling cramped. There’s a proper kitchenette with actual counter space (not just a mini-fridge shoved in a corner), and the room flows nicely from the sleeping area to a little dining spot by the window. What I really appreciated was how they managed to fit a decent-sized workspace without it feeling like an afterthought. The bay views aren’t guaranteed from every unit, but if you get one facing west, those Manila Bay sunsets are absolutely worth it.
Location Perks
You know what’s great about this spot? You’re in Pasay, which means you’re close to everything without being stuck in the chaos of Makati or BGC. The Mall of Asia is literally a short ride away, and getting to the airport is straightforward — no wrestling with Manila traffic for hours. I noticed a lot of couples here, and it makes sense because you can actually walk along the baywalk in the evenings without it feeling like a major expedition. Plus, there’s parking on-site, which honestly is a game-changer if you’re planning to rent a car and explore beyond the city.
Daily Life Here
The building has that residential feel during the day — it’s quiet enough to actually get work done if you’re here on business, but there’s still hotel-style service when you need it. I mean, having a functional kitchen means you can grab groceries from the nearby SM and actually save some money instead of ordering room service every meal. The staff knows the area well too, so they’ll point you toward the good local spots rather than just the tourist traps. The restaurant downstairs is decent for when you don’t feel like cooking, though I’d honestly recommend exploring the neighborhood — there are some solid Filipino places within walking distance.
Why Guests Love It
This place works because it gives you flexibility without sacrificing comfort. You’re not paying resort prices, but you’re getting that bay area location with actual amenities that matter. The recent guest ratings make sense — when couples rate the location 8.5, they’re talking about being able to walk to dinner, catch those famous Manila sunsets, and still have easy access to the rest of the city. It’s one of those places where you can settle in for a few days and actually feel like you’re living in Manila rather than just passing through it.
To book a hotel in Manila during major cultural celebrations, travelers need early planning as this dynamic Philippine metropolis draws visitors eager to experience its tropical climate and historic colonial architecture.

I had everything I needed and the host was nice and always helpful. The condominium has a large pool and a gym. The internet connection was fast and reliable.
What could be improved: I didn’t like the neighborhood, not too many things around and many homeless people. The property is located at the heart of Manila.
What could be improved: There is no signal in the lobby, so if you have urgent concerns with your host, you need to go outside property so you can access on your mobile network.
