The name makes it sound like some corporate housing setup, but actually stepping into this place completely changed my perspective. It’s positioned right on that Makati-Mandaluyong Bridge area, which honestly puts you in this sweet spot where you can easily hop between two of Manila’s busiest districts without dealing with the usual traffic nightmare that comes with crossing the Pasig River.

What really struck me about this four-star property is how it feels more like extended-stay apartments than a traditional hotel – and I mean that in the best way possible. The rooms are genuinely spacious, with actual living areas where you can spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. You know what’s rare in Manila? Hotels where you can actually cook if you want to. These units come with proper kitchenettes, not just those sad little mini-fridges and coffee makers you usually get. I found myself picking up groceries from the nearby Landmark just because I could – there’s something liberating about having that option when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights.

The location is honestly one of those under-the-radar gems that locals know about but tourists often miss. You’re literally walking distance to both the Makati CBD and Ortigas, which sounds impossible until you realize you’re sitting right on that bridge connection. The SM Megamall is close enough that you could walk there if you’re feeling ambitious (though honestly, in Manila heat, just grab a taxi). What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being so central – the building’s positioned in a way that you don’t get the constant honking and street noise that usually comes with prime Manila real estate. Early mornings from the higher floors, you can actually see the city waking up across both sides of the river, which is pretty spectacular if you’re an early riser like me.

The staff here actually remembers your name after a day or two, which feels increasingly rare these days. Check-in was smooth, no weird deposit holds or lengthy procedures, and they genuinely seem to get that people staying here might be in town for work or longer visits. The building itself has this modern but not sterile vibe – clean lines, decent lobby space where you can actually sit and work if you need to, and reliable elevators (trust me, this matters more than you think in Manila). I mean, it’s not going to blow you away with flashy amenities or over-the-top luxury, but sometimes you just want a place that does the fundamentals really well. The wifi actually works consistently, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, and you can get a decent night’s sleep. For the price point and that location advantage, it’s honestly hard to beat if you need to be mobile around Metro Manila.

  Location was great, lots of cafes near by that were walkable. It felt safe for the most part. Beds comfortable and facilities as expected. Bathroom had a great shower!

  Great location very near to Rockwell Powerplant mall and Poblacion. With access to hotel amenities in the same tower. Room is clean and very well-maintained. fully equipped kitchen, and of course, NETFLIX-ready!!!

  Not only is the room really great, the building itself, the staff, etc are just spot on. The host communicated very well, clear and precise. When there was an issue with the internet, he brought a mobile modem within 10 minutes and later provided access to a room with great connectivity. I extended my stay about 3 times, that's how much I liked it. Each time I'll be in Manilla I'll be staying here as the value for money is just outstanding. Highly recommended!

  I enjoyed my stay here! The place was so clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. The room also provided a nice view of the Pasig River and city lights at night.
