  What could be improved: The unit was advertised with a washing machine but being front loading you can't open the door asthe bathroom sink pipes are stopping the washing machine door from opening
  The washing machine stopped working and we were told by the units property manager to use the laundry service
  The plumbing in the bathroom leaks and probably the cause of the washing machine not working
  The bathroom has black mold growing on the service of the bathroom, which is a health issue that causes respiratory issues
  There is an infestation of cockroch insects and again needs to be dealt with
  The apartment is tied in its paintwork and requires a make over
  It was advertised with a garden veiw but in fact there is only one window and a full veiw of the neighbors bedroom

  The owner and care taker are responsive. With Free water. Complete kitchen utensils. With parking, but you need to pay P250/day. With pool access, but you also need to pay P150/day/head. Overall, are exceptional experience.

  The owner is very approachable and very kind. They have an amazing place. Very relaxing.. stress free and is very near to the exit and convenience store. The place is best for relaxing and has complete ammenities. This is the best place that we have stayed so far. Two thumbs up! Thank you Mam Julie ans Ms. Beth for the warm accomodation. 🥰🥰
