Urban Luxe Stay at Shore 3 Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Urban Luxe Stay at Shore 3, I wasn’t expecting much from the name alone. But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. Tucked away in Tower 2 along the Pasay waterfront, it’s one of those spots that feels like you’ve stumbled onto something the guidebooks haven’t fully caught up with yet. The location is pretty brilliant if you know Manila at all – you’re close enough to the Bay Area action but far enough from the chaos of Malate to actually get some sleep at night.
What really got me was how this four-star property manages to feel both polished and unpretentious at the same time. The lobby doesn’t try too hard with marble everything (thank god), and the staff genuinely seems to enjoy their jobs rather than just going through the motions. I mean, the front desk guy actually remembered my coffee preference by day three, which never happens at the bigger chain places. The rooms are smartly designed too – not massive, but they use the space well, and honestly, the beds are fantastic. You know that feeling when you sink into hotel bedding and it’s actually better than what you have at home? Yeah, that. The bathrooms are modern without being sterile, and the water pressure is consistently good, which anyone who’s traveled around Southeast Asia will appreciate.
Here’s what I really liked though – the views from the higher floors are genuinely spectacular, especially around sunset when the bay lights start coming on. It’s not the postcard-perfect Manila Bay sunset you see from the tourist spots, but it’s real and kind of moody in a way that grows on you. The neighborhood itself is interesting too – there’s this great little coffee shop about a five-minute walk away that locals actually go to, not just hotel guests, and the night market nearby has some of the best street food I had during my entire stay. Parking was surprisingly easy (which is saying something in this city), and the whole area feels safe for walking around, even after dark. The only minor thing I’d mention is that weekend nights can get a bit lively with music from nearby venues, but honestly, it adds to the authentic Manila vibe rather than detracting from it. If you’re looking for a place that feels connected to the actual city rather than isolated in some tourist bubble, this is definitely worth considering.
Hotel in Manila booking should be done early, especially during festival season when the city hosts internationally celebrated cultural events and street parades at historic venues.

Reviews of Urban Luxe Stay at Shore 3
Disappointing – Michael from Spain – May 18, 2025 (4/10)
The apartment location is good but only if you like to walk, it takes 15/20 mins to go to MOA.
Maybe the aircon in the bedroom but that didn't help with the heat.
What could be improved: Pictures are not the same as the apartment that the owner provided.
We claimed by telling the owner that it's not the same apartment but the owner just said that it is the same room.
Anyways, the apartment is in the last floor of the building, once you enter you are going to receive a heat stroke.
Let's start with the good story:
– The TV is so high compared to the height of the sofa that you might get a good neck contracture.
– Sofa was really uncomfortable.
– There is a normal dining table but instead of having 2 normal chairs it has 2 bar stool, so you are not going to use that dining table unless you want to get normal chairs.
– Air-condition is located in the bedroom, which is good to sleep but for daily, the living room is a hell.
– As you can see in the pictures by the owner, the aircon is in the living room.
– Bathroom is hell v2 you need to leave the door open 24/7 to not let the heat stay long.
– Towels are microfiber, if you like to dry your skin like windows or wet plates, this towels are meant for you.
– Color of the whole apartment shown by the owner is blue, the one that we enter is brown.
– Swiming pool was a small dirty square when the pictures looks really nice and different.
– WiFi is not good, for the las 3 days we had to claim to the owner that wifi is not working properly, we had to input the web login credentials provided to the owner to "Activate" and then it starts working fine, but we had to do it every 2 or 3 hours.
– The entrance to the building is at the back of the building making you walk a lot even if you are carrying groceries or water.
There are more, if you like lottery, this is your apartment.Exceptional – Madelaine from Philippines – March 17, 2025 (10/10)
Everything about the property itself is good and clean
What could be improved: Nothing about the property only the condo facility which is the swimming pool, we we’re directed to another tower and the pool is too small to accommodate the guests from tower 1-3Wonderful – Pekka from Finland – February 10, 2025 (9/10)
Nice and clean small apartment. Location perfect near MOA. There is everything what you need, washing machine, iron and ironing board etc.
