I found myself walking to nearby restaurants that weren’t the usual tourist traps – there’s this little Filipino breakfast place about two blocks away that became my regular spot. The building’s got decent security (they actually check IDs, which I appreciated), and parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in other parts of the city. One small thing that caught me off guard – the elevators can get a bit busy during peak hours since it’s a residential building too, but honestly, that just adds to the authentic Manila living experience.
