The location on Venezia Drive puts you right in the heart of BGC’s residential district, and I mean that in the best way possible. You’re not dealing with the constant construction noise that plagues some parts of the business district, but you can still walk to High Street or Market Market without breaking a sweat. The four-star rating feels about right – the amenities are solid without being flashy, and everything actually works (which, let’s face it, isn’t always guaranteed). What really impressed me was how they’ve set up the space. The bedrooms are genuinely separate, not just divided by a flimsy partition, so if you’re traveling with family or splitting costs with friends, people can actually have privacy. The bathrooms are clean and modern, though I’d say the water pressure is better in the master bath than the second one.

You know what really sold me on this place? The building itself feels like where locals actually live, not just another serviced apartment block for business travelers. I saw families coming and going, heard kids playing in the common areas – it has that lived-in feeling that makes you feel less like a tourist. The 8.3 rating makes sense when you factor in the practical stuff too. Check-in was straightforward, the Wi-Fi actually reaches both bedrooms (miracle!), and there’s decent parking if you’re renting a car. The mall proximity is genuinely useful – not just for shopping, but for late-night food runs and that excellent grocery in the basement. I actually found myself grabbing breakfast there most mornings instead of room service. One small thing that might bug some people: the elevators can be slow during peak hours, and you’ll definitely hear some street noise if you’re a super light sleeper. But honestly, for the space you get at this price point in BGC, and with that location putting you within walking distance of pretty much everything that matters in the area, it’s a solid choice for anyone who wants to feel settled rather than just passing through.

  What could be improved: Bathroom lights aren’t bright or not enough lights in the bathroom. Maybe add a full length mirror on one of the walls. The water heater wasn’t on, I had to call for the water heater.

  Great location and very comfortable. I had no problem during my stay.
  The Manager was very responsive and accommodating. She helped me a lot which are how to get a taxi, restaurants, banks and grocery stores. Highly recommended!!

  What could be improved: Hot water wasn't working, shower wasn't draining, you can only use the washing machine if u stayed 5 days or more, charging for a late check in, did not provide extra towels as most places. Was charging for an extra BED but really it was a mattress on the floor. Ridiculous charges to nickel and dime you.
