I spent a good chunk of time just appreciating that I could spread out my stuff without playing Tetris with my luggage. The building itself has that modern Filipino residential vibe going on, nothing too flashy but solid and well-maintained. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stayed, even being on North Avenue – you’d think there’d be more traffic noise, but the tower placement and windows do a decent job of keeping things peaceful, especially at night.

Here’s the thing about staying in this part of QC though – you’re not exactly in the tourist bubble, which honestly worked in my favor. There’s a 7-Eleven practically next door (crucial for those late-night snack runs), and the jeepney routes along North Ave make it surprisingly easy to get around the metro area once you figure out the system. The staff was pretty straightforward during check-in, no unnecessary fuss, just got me sorted and up to the room efficiently. I did notice the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours since you’re sharing with actual residents, but that’s more of a minor inconvenience than a real problem. The 8.8 rating feels about right – it’s not going to wow you with luxury touches, but for the practical traveler who wants a proper space to decompress between exploring Manila’s chaos, it hits that sweet spot of comfort and functionality without the premium hotel price tag.

Hotel in Manila booking should be done early, especially during festival season when the city hosts internationally celebrated cultural events and street parades at historic venues.

  Everything i need is within the area (mall, laundry, cafes, gym, etc). The kitchenware is enough to cook a decent meal. The bathroom has a heater and bidet.

  The owner is very accomodating lalo na sa mga questions ko. Very comfortable to stay with and ganda nung unit lalo na kung may kids ka, very attractive ung ginawa nia sa room wall. Will definitely choose this place again if ever I need to book in grass again. . Over all good na good po ang stay namin. Again thank you po!!
