But once you’re there, it all makes sense. This four-star setup in P.E. Antonio Tower 1 sits right in the sweet spot between all those business districts mentioned in the name, which actually works out pretty perfectly if you’re trying to access different parts of Metro Manila.

The two-bedroom layout is what really caught my attention though. I mean, you get proper separation here – not just some hotel room with a divider. The living area actually feels like, well, a living area where you can spread out your laptop without having to work from the bed. The kitchen isn’t just for show either; I actually used it to make coffee in the morning instead of hunting down a café (though there are plenty nearby if that’s your thing). You know what I appreciated? The windows give you decent views of the city, and you’re high enough up that the street noise from C5 doesn’t really penetrate – which is saying something because that highway can get pretty intense during rush hour.

Location-wise, you’re basically at the intersection of everything important in this part of Manila. Ortigas Center is practically next door, so if you’ve got business meetings there, you can literally walk. Taguig’s BGC area is maybe 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, and honestly, being near C5 means you can actually get around without being completely stuck in the usual Metro Manila gridlock. The building itself has that new development feel – clean lobbies, working elevators (small miracle in Manila sometimes), and security that’s present but not overbearing. Parking was surprisingly straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven around this area will tell you is not always a given. I stayed during a particularly busy week when there were conferences happening in both Ortigas and BGC, and having this kind of space to decompress after long days was exactly what I needed. It’s not trying to be some luxury resort experience – it’s just a really solid, well-located place that gives you room to breathe and gets the fundamentals right.
