Plus, being right in the MOA Complex means you’re walking distance to restaurants that locals actually eat at (not just tourist traps), and if you need to catch a flight, you’re practically neighbors with the airport without dealing with the noise – it’s far enough that you won’t hear planes all night. The only thing I’d mention is that weekends can get busy with Manila families doing their mall runs, so if you’re looking for total quiet, maybe time your stay for weekdays. But honestly, that energy can be pretty fun if you’re in the right mood for it.

  Great location with 5 minute walk to MOA, where you can find just about anything you’ll need for your stay in Manila. We had a late addition to our party and condo owners were able to accommodate us and were very understanding. Thank you, again!

  We stayed here from 3/31-4/3, 2025. This place was aesthetically prepared for guests, the size of the unit was just right for the 5 of us, the place was cozy. The pool was huge and clean. We were able to cook and save us some money from eating out. Cookwares, utensils were provided for. Olivia was responsive, kind and professional. Thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable. My sister was elated. Upon our arrival she was already recommending this place to her friends for their next staycation. If we haven't booked our trip to Japan already, we would have stayed longer.
