I mean, when you’re staying on the 11th floor and up in these four-star units, you get this surprisingly expansive view of Manila Bay that honestly makes the whole experience worth it – especially during those golden hour sunsets that Pasay is known for.

The location along Roxas Boulevard is pretty brilliant if you think about it. You’re literally walking distance from Mall of Asia (seriously, maybe 10 minutes on foot), but tucked away in Barangay San Rafael where it’s actually quiet at night. I’ve stayed in places right on the main drag before, and the traffic noise can be brutal – here, not so much. The building itself has that modern condo feel with good security, which I appreciated since I was traveling with some expensive camera gear. The unit I stayed in had a full kitchen setup, which was a game-changer for longer stays. There’s something really satisfying about being able to grab fresh ingredients from the nearby markets and actually cook a decent meal instead of eating out every single night.

What really impressed me was how the staff at Dominga manages everything – they’ve got this whole system down where check-in feels seamless, and they actually know the building well enough to give you real advice about things like which elevators are faster during peak hours (it’s the ones on the left, by the way). The 9.5 rating makes sense when you experience it firsthand. The WiFi is solid throughout the unit, the air conditioning works properly (not always a given in Manila), and the water pressure in the shower is honestly better than what I have at home. Plus, the building amenities like the pool and gym are well-maintained – not just there for show. I spent a few early mornings by the pool before the city heat kicked in, and it was genuinely peaceful with views stretching toward the bay. The only minor thing I’d mention is that grocery runs require a bit of planning since you’ll want to head to SM Mall of Asia or one of the smaller local spots, but that’s hardly a complaint when you’re this close to everything that matters in the area.

  Great location, close to attractions in Manila. Close to MOA. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Alfamart downstairs was handy. Miss Jenny was a lovely lady and also Mrs Dominga.
  
  What could be improved: The Air con wasn't working, however the owner replaced it the next day for us which we were very grateful for.

  Kitchen utensils were complete and airconditioned was working pretty well, though they need to fix some fixtures like the sofa in the living room and also some broken light bulb in the chandelier.
