This four-star spot sits right on Mayflower Street, and while the address technically says Manila, you’re really in the heart of Mandaluyong – which honestly works out better for getting around the metro area anyway.

The thing that struck me most about staying here was how it feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment than staying in a typical hotel room. The balcony lives up to its billing – I mean, you’re on the 32nd floor, so the city views are pretty spectacular, especially at sunset when all those glass towers start reflecting the light. The one-bedroom setup is genuinely spacious by Manila standards, and I appreciated having a proper living area to spread out in after long days exploring the city. What surprised me was how quiet it stays up there, considering you’re surrounded by one of the busiest metro areas in Southeast Asia. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained – you know how sometimes these residential towers converted to short-term stays can feel a bit makeshift? This isn’t that. The elevators are fast (crucial when you’re on floor 32), and there’s actual security that knows what they’re doing.

Location-wise, you’re in a sweet spot that a lot of tourists miss. Mandaluyong gets overlooked compared to Makati or BGC, but honestly, it’s perfectly positioned if you want to explore multiple districts without being stuck in traffic all day. The Ortigas business district is right there, which means tons of restaurant options and that slightly more local feel compared to the expat-heavy areas. I could walk to decent coffee shops and local eateries, but also easily grab a taxi or Grab to Makati when I wanted the full Manila experience. The building has that modern residential tower vibe – marble lobbies, decent air conditioning in common areas, the works. One small thing that might matter to some people: the Wi-Fi actually works well throughout the unit, which isn’t always a given in these residential conversions. With an 8.8 rating from other guests, it seems like most people leave pretty satisfied, and I can see why. It’s not trying to be something it’s not – just a really solid, comfortable base for exploring Manila with some genuinely nice views thrown in.

  We stay there for 1 month..The unit is in one of tallest building in the area, and has a good Lobby, nice viewing on top, just only 5 mins walk for shopping mall, and dozens of restaurants as well, all in walking distance, for trips the area has plenty of vacant grab drivers to bring you safe, for a fair price and discussion free all over the town,Christian the owner very attentive and reachable when needed, me and my husband definitely comeback again nice condo with a good aircondition and very clean TV with Netflix that my husband really enjoy watching , wifi really fast I would love to stay here again for my next visit, nice place owner easy to deal with. recommendable to stay.
