ADB Avenue Tower Ortigas Manila Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first heard about ADB Avenue Tower Ortigas Manila, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a hotel tucked into the business district. But you know what? This four-star place actually surprised me in the best way possible. Walking into the lobby, there’s this clean, modern vibe that doesn’t feel sterile or corporate – more like someone actually thought about making business travelers feel human again. The staff genuinely seemed to care when I checked in, which is refreshing when you’ve dealt with too many hotels where you feel like you’re interrupting someone’s day.
What really won me over was how well they understand their location. Look, Ortigas isn’t exactly tourist central, but that’s actually part of the charm here. You’re right in the heart of one of Manila’s major business districts, which means you’ve got this interesting energy during the week – professionals grabbing coffee, the hum of actual city life happening around you. The rooms are surprisingly quiet considering you’re surrounded by all this activity, and I mean genuinely quiet, not just “we hung heavy curtains and hoped for the best” quiet. The beds are solid too – I’m picky about mattresses and actually slept well, which doesn’t always happen when I travel.
Here’s what I really appreciated though – they get the little things right. The Wi-Fi actually works (shocking, I know), the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the bathroom has proper water pressure. The restaurant serves decent food that isn’t overpriced hotel nonsense, and there’s a fitness center that’s not just three broken treadmills in a closet. If you’re doing business in the area, you’re maybe a fifteen-minute ride to Makati depending on traffic, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The surrounding area gets pretty lively during lunch and after work hours, so you’re not stuck in some isolated hotel bubble. Honestly, for the price point and location, this place delivers more than I expected – it’s one of those hotels that doesn’t try to be everything to everyone but does what it does really well.
Hotels near me in Manila offer convenient access to Rizal Park, where guests can easily walk to Intramuros historic district, Manila Cathedral, and authentic Filipino restaurants serving traditional cuisine.

Reviews of ADB Avenue Tower Ortigas Manila
Okay. – Au from Philippines – June 10, 2025 (7/10)
Spacious. TV-Netflix, You Tube. Provision for bodywash and shampoo. Slippers. Kitchen utensils. there's flat iron and iron rack. We only used the flat iron.
What could be improved: Bunk bed is wiggling. My daughters almost fell. Room is a bit dark. You may need to add one or two lamps in the corners.
The view>>>no view at all even if there is a window, All you see is the wall of the other side.
No tissue. We had to buy.Very Good – Ceej from Philippines – June 2, 2025 (8/10)
What I like the most is the location which is very strategic within Ortigas Center and the value for money. It would be hard to find such a room rate, so affordable for 4 pax in Ortigas.
What could be improved: The heater was not working , but overall it was good. There's a pool that you can enjoy, free of charge, gym, full kitchen with utensils and ref inside the unit.SPACIOUS – Glenda from Philippines – April 17, 2025 (8/10)
Spacious, Airconditioned good, Can cook using induction stove. Water Container Blue is available and can quickly order. Netflix and Youtube.
What could be improved: Handwash faucet in the toilet has small anount of water.Good – Rendell from Philippines – March 15, 2025 (7/10)
The access to the mall…. The transaction to check Inn mabilis…. malaki yung room.. pedeng pede pang pamilya..
What could be improved: The lack of blanket, at yung medyo maayos na towel..Great for a night of two stay in Ortigas. – Chuck from Philippines – January 11, 2025 (8/10)
The location of the place is great as it is in Ortigas. This means food and Robinsons Galleria is but a stone's throw away. The host was great in facilitating the check in process. The wifi was working well. The place was clean too and the appliances are working fine.
What could be improved: It would be best to ensure that there is drinking water although I am not sure if this is the case. Also, the bidet could be fixed and some hangers and a simple rack to place to the toilet soap and shampoo would be great. The towel could also use some replacing as it is already relatively worn out. Lastly, my feedback has always been objective and I think it would be best not to request for a rating of no less than 8. I will still put a lower rating if the property is not worth it.Very Good – Susan from Philippines – December 21, 2024 (8/10)
The room is comfortable and drinking water was provided.
It's a great place for a long stay with family or friends. – Catherine from United States – September 7, 2024 (8/10)

What could be improved: –A place that's worth the price – Miss from Thailand – June 23, 2024 (7/10)
I loved the location of the building. The room also had ample space and beds for my family. I also really appreciated the fact that they have kitchen utensils and several other kitchen equipment ready for use. That was super helpful!
What could be improved: The door is a little bit difficult to open.Good – Cagalawan from Saudi Arabia – January 7, 2024 (7/10)
