I mean, you’ve got Alabang Town Center just a short ride away, and Festival Mall is practically around the corner – but when you come back to the subdivision at night, there’s this peaceful quiet that you just don’t get in the city proper. The house itself feels lived-in in the best way possible, with that kind of homey comfort where you can actually spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re invading someone else’s space. The Wi-Fi is solid (always a concern for me), and there’s proper parking right outside, which is honestly a blessing if you’re driving around Metro Manila. What really impressed me was how Addie has thought through the little details – decent water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually work, and a kitchen setup where you can make real meals instead of just instant noodles.

The 8.7 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here, because it’s that sweet spot where everything works without any pretentious frills. During my stay, I noticed how quiet the neighborhood gets after 9 PM – perfect if you’re trying to catch up on sleep after long days exploring Manila. The subdivision has its own security setup, so you feel safe walking around even late at night, and there are actually some decent local eateries within walking distance if you don’t feel like cooking. Honestly, if you’re looking for that authentic residential Philippines experience without sacrificing comfort, this place delivers.   Addies Place is a modern house which is very clean and well appointed. We liked the fact there was sufficient crockery etc for a large group as well as plenty of towels and bedding. Finally the pool was a great hit with everyone.
  
  What could be improved: If you have young children be aware the steps are quite steep. It's great the hosts provide a crib on request but a couple of stair gates would help parents relax.

  Well all I can say is excellent if you want to stay in an absolutely clean luxury house with excellent excellent management then look no further this is the place. My partner is filipina and let me tell you ..you will definitely not find a better.. house cleaner than this anywhere or surrounding area or cavite foe that matter. the owner is absolutely excellent. I have already arranged to stay again. Please note party goes big noise and loud music sorry No This is not the price. Lovely quiet area…. you can play sounds inside the premises. But not outside. Gerard the on site manager is a dream. He made our stay so so special. Really appreciated all he did for me and my family . What a place pure luxury.
  
  What could be improved: Not much to say here. Outside external Cockroaches but I suppose that just the area but the management made sure they did not come into the home absolutely tremendous. No issues at all.

  Private location inside a residential subdivision. Close to the city so it was easy to order food for delivery. All the rooms were clean and well-ventilated. The kitchen was functional. The caretaker was also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.
  
  What could be improved: The small bedroom in the ground floor was right next to the bathroom and right below the bathroom from upstairs. I'm not sure what can be done but you can hear all the flushes and water movement everytime the bathrooms were used. 🙂

  The place is exceptionally clean! With all the amenities complete, staff very nice and accommodating, and all the things we need in an airbnb home. We love it!   The ambiance was nice, excellent caretaker who was very nice, extremely attentive and friendly.
  
  What could be improved: The alfresco area, pool and carport was not suitable for use during the day, especially between the hours of 9am to 6pm. The area is open to the full sun and there really needs to be appropriate and adequate shade erected. The fact that you are enclosed by concrete walls, intensifies the heat.
  Also the kitchen becomes an oven in the late afternoon/ early evening due to the full sun and lack of window tinting/ curtains.
