The one-bedroom setup is smart too – the living area doesn’t feel cramped like some of these serviced apartments can, and they’ve got a decent-sized couch where you can actually stretch out and use that Netflix they keep advertising.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the building itself feels solid and well-maintained, which isn’t always a given around here. The elevators work consistently (trust me, this matters more than you think), and the lobby has that clean, business-hotel vibe without being stuffy. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after the office crowd clears out around 7 PM, so if you’re worried about noise, it’s actually not bad – just the usual Manila hum of traffic and life, nothing jarring. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but most people end up using Grab anyway since everything’s so accessible. I walked to Greenbelt probably four times during my stay just because it was easier than figuring out a cab, and the walk takes you through some interesting parts of the financial district you don’t usually see as a tourist. The Netflix and Disney Plus thing isn’t just marketing fluff either – the internet actually handles streaming without buffering, which honestly surprised me given how spotty connections can be in some Manila accommodations. It’s one of those small touches that shows someone actually thought about what travelers want after a long day exploring the city.

  The TV was a good size. Plenty of shops and food options in and around AIR building. Host allowed us to arrive early.
