You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Greenbelt and Glorietta – I actually timed it at about 7 minutes to reach the main Greenbelt entrance. Grab delivery is lightning fast here since drivers know the area well, and there’s a 7-Eleven practically next door for those midnight snack runs. One small thing – the elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours when residents are heading to work, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for these high-rise buildings. The lobby feels secure and well-maintained, and the staff actually remembers you after a day or two, which is a nice touch.   What could be improved: The elevator was crazy – you have to line up and wait like for 10-15mins to get in. Also, I was not comfortable that they are taking photo of guests upon arrival. The guards said it was for security purposes. We already shared our ID to the host. I am not just not comfortable they are taking photo of us and where they save those data. We provided already our info properly. I am just concerned about privacy of my info.
