Airport NAIA Terminal 3 Insane Interior Overview

You know what caught me off guard about the Airport NAIA Terminal 3 Insane Interior? The name actually undersells it. I mean, “insane” sounds like marketing speak, but when you walk into this place on Newport Boulevard, you get it – the lobby design is genuinely striking in a way that makes you stop scrolling your phone for a second.

I’ve stayed here three times now (work trips, don’t ask), and honestly, the location is what keeps bringing me back. You’re literally a five-minute walk from Terminal 3, which sounds obvious given the name, but here’s the thing – you’re also right in the heart of Newport City, so you’ve got Resorts World Manila practically next door if you want decent food or entertainment. The four-star rating feels about right; it’s polished without being stuffy. The rooms have this modern minimalist thing going on, and the beds are actually comfortable – I’m picky about mattresses, so that matters. What I really appreciate is how they’ve managed the sound situation. You’d think being this close to the airport would mean constant plane noise, but their windows do a solid job keeping things quiet. I’ve had early morning flights where I could literally see my terminal from the room, then walk over with my coffee still warm.

The staff here gets the business traveler thing – quick check-ins, reliable wifi, and they don’t make a big production out of everything. There’s a pool area that’s nothing fancy but works if you’ve got a layover situation or just want to decompress. Pasay itself isn’t exactly a tourist destination, but if you need to be near the airport or you’re heading to the casino complex, this spot makes sense. The rating of 8.7 tracks with my experience; it’s not going to blow your mind, but it does what it promises well. One small thing that shows they pay attention – the elevators are fast, which seems minor until you’re rushing with luggage. I’d definitely book here again, especially for those early international flights where you want to maximize sleep time over scenic views.

It was centrally located, close to the airport, good price, and amazing staff.

Ronilo insured that our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. He was a great help! The room suited our needs well. It was close to the airport, and Orange Bucket Restaurant was just around the corner. My Wife loved Orange Bucket. We both did. There is a coffee stand just outside the building that serves great coffee.

What could be improved: At first, the cockroaches seem out of place to Westerners, but it's the Philippines. You get used to it. I didn't see any geckos clinging to the ceiling in this room. In the home where I spent the rest of my stay in the Phillipines, there were many geckos inside the house and no cockroaches. I think that a visitor to the Philippines would need to become tolerant of one or the other.

  • It was a good stay – Michael from Philippines – April 15, 2025 (8/10)

    Would have been perfect

  • Wonderful – Aldrin from United States – April 3, 2025 (9/10)

The place is clean and spacious. Close to the airport (terminal 3). And specifically budget friendly.

What could be improved: It's not easy to find.

  • Made life easy for our morning flight. – Roger from United Kingdom – January 24, 2025 (9/10)

Excellent location for Terminal 3 of the airport. A skybridge makes this walkable in about 10 minutes, or taxis are easily available from outside the lobby. There are shops and services close by. Apartment has useful facilities to make the stay comfortable. Host responsive and helpful.

What could be improved: Ventilation in the bathroom.

  • Clean, comfortable, quiet and fantastic location near the airport. – Matthew from Australia – July 22, 2024 (10/10)

Communication was excellent and instructions were clear and easy to understand. The room was nice and cool on arrival. It was very clean, well-appointed and even had the swan towels on the bed. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Excellent value for the money.

What could be improved: Please provide instructions on how to get from the airport arrivals area to the room as Google maps was confusing and gave me the wrong advice.

  • My overnight stay was truly satisfactory. I had quite a pleasant experience. – Charina from Switzerland – June 25, 2024 (10/10)

I made the booking on behalf of my son, he said that everything was perfect! Definitely highly recommended.

Very clean and near airport. Well kept and had all necessary needs. Ideal location and very secure.

What could be improved: Had slight difficulty finding it as it's surrounded by many tall buildings.
