The beds are comfortable enough, though if you’re a super light sleeper, just know that you’ll hear some city noise since you’re right in the thick of things. But that’s Manila for you.

Here’s the thing though – this isn’t trying to be some fancy resort experience, and that’s actually why it works so well. It feels like staying at a friend’s really nice apartment, except with hotel-level cleanliness and someone to call if something goes wrong.
