The building sits about 21 kilometers out from central Manila, which sounds far but actually puts you in this interesting sweet spot where you’re away from the city chaos but still connected to everything. The Anala Building itself has that modern residential feel you’d expect from a four-star condo setup, and once you get up to the units (I stayed in one similar to their 1028), you realize why people choose this over traditional hotels.

What struck me most was how this place operates more like a proper apartment than a hotel room – and I mean that in the best way possible. The space feels genuinely livable, with a kitchen that’s actually functional (not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation) and enough room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. You know what’s refreshing? The fact that you’re staying in Muntinlupa City means you’re getting a real slice of how locals live, not just tourist Manila. The area around Barangay Buli has this authentic neighborhood vibe – you’ll see families going about their daily routines, local eateries that aren’t trying to cater to foreigners, and honestly, some of the best value meals you’ll find in Metro Manila.

The East Service Road location might seem random if you’re unfamiliar with the area, but it’s actually pretty smart. You’ve got decent access to both the southern suburbs and can get back into the main city when you need to, though I’d definitely recommend having a car or being comfortable with local transport options. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained – important when you’re staying in what’s essentially someone’s residential unit. One thing I appreciated was how quiet it gets at night; unlike hotels in the tourist districts where you’re dealing with traffic noise until all hours, this area actually settles down. The 7.3 rating seems about right to me – it’s solid, reliable, and offers something different from your standard hotel experience, though it might not have all the bells and whistles some travelers expect. If you’re the type who values space, authenticity, and getting a real feel for local life over room service and a concierge, this place delivers on those fronts pretty well.

  The purpose of our trip is to go to the 19 East, and this condo is really close to it.
  
  What could be improved: The property manager has been very unhelpful. Before our arrival, there were no instructions on where to pick up the key, so I had to initiate an inquiry about it. When we arrived, the guard asked if the property manager had assigned us a parking stall, but we informed him that we had not received one. He advised us to contact her for assistance. I called her number and sent a message, but she was unprofessional and did not respond at all.

  value of money w/ comfortable space to live, to cook & to work and connectivity of wifi was really god. travel to work is just near so easy to book for grab rides.
  
  What could be improved: to clean up he cabinet spaces & put trash can in the toilet of one room – but not of major concerns though – manageable and workable to just throw tissue outside.

  What could be improved: bród, smród i karaluchy wchodzące dosłownie na człowieka. byłobardzo brudno – materac i prześcieradło bardzo pomlamione. nic nie działa [ tv, wifi, zatkana umywalka.] utrudniony kontakt z właścicielką, na zgłoszone awarie przyszedł ktoś po 2 dniach i nic nie naprawił, a byłem tam 3 dni. beznadzieja lokalizacja – obiekt odzielony od miasta 2 pietrową autostradą. nigdy wieceǰ – uciekajcie z tamtad !!!!

  Tess the host did her job very well she makes sure there is always an action when i ask something. Very comfortable apartment quite spacious. The pool was good except we didnt know there will be some work going on..
  
  What could be improved: We didn't much use ofthe pool coz of some works but all in all it was great thestaff very polite and the building is well clean.
