You know what really surprised me about Bella Vita at Grace Residences? I wasn’t expecting much from a serviced apartment setup, but this place actually feels more like a boutique hotel than typical Manila accommodations. It’s tucked into Tower D of the Grace Residences complex on Cayetano Boulevard in Taguig, and honestly, the location grows on you pretty quickly once you realize how well-connected everything is from here.

The apartment itself has this clean, modern vibe that doesn’t feel sterile – I mean, you’ve got floor-to-ceiling windows that actually open (which is rarer than you’d think in Manila), and the kitchen setup is legitimately useful if you’re staying more than a couple nights. What I really appreciated was the attention to details that matter when you’re living somewhere temporarily – good water pressure, reliable WiFi that actually works for video calls, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine. The four-star rating feels about right, though the service level honestly punches above that sometimes. The front desk staff knew my name by day two, which never happens at the big chain hotels.

Taguig has become this interesting mix of old residential neighborhoods and new business districts, and you’re right in the middle of that transition here. BGC is close enough for work meetings or fancy dinners, but you’re also near enough to local spots that tourists never find – there’s this amazing sisig place about ten minutes away that locals actually go to. Traffic can be brutal during rush hours (I learned to avoid leaving between 7-9 AM the hard way), but the apartment comes with parking, which saves you from the usual Manila parking nightmares. Late evenings are surprisingly quiet for the city, though you’ll hear the occasional jeepney or tricycle. If you’re sensitive to noise, pack earplugs, but it’s nothing compared to staying right in Makati or BGC. The building security is actually pretty tight without being annoying about it, and I felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood even after dark. It’s one of those places where you start to feel like a temporary local rather than just another hotel guest passing through.
