What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re right on Shaw. They must have decent soundproofing because I barely heard the jeepneys and buses that run constantly outside.

The front desk folks knew the area well enough to give me actual directions to places instead of just pointing vaguely down the street. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free too – they’ve got their own spots, which anyone who’s driven in Manila will tell you is worth its weight in gold.
