  The host was very responsive to every question, check in was smooth and easy, the flat was very clean. Especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, was nice being able to make food at home. Really felt like home.

  The room, the building and the swimming pool are excellent, and the hostess is excellent and very cooperative and did not disturb us throughout the stay.

  Property was clean, updated, strong internet 200mbps omg, hot and cold shower working, medium sized fridge and washer and dryer, amazing view, cold aircon! Tv in the living room and bedroom! They have karaoke too! Free cleaning if you book for a week! And Ms Tina is an incredible host!

  The property is spacious, clean, and cozy. It is near stores where you can buy food and other necessities that you don’t need to go through heavy traffic. The entire duration of our stay is so relaxing and comfy. Will definitely book this property again in the future.

  We enjoyed our stay at Sundawn Radiance Manila Bay's pet-friendly condotel! It was wonderful to find a home that welcomed my dog. The nearby park was ideal for morning walks. Ms. Tina was extremely responsive. Simple to talk to and deal with. She always has an answer for all of my questions. The condotel was tastefully designed and offered a fantastic view of the city. I would highly suggest this establishment to anyone looking for a fantastic spot to stay in Manila Bay.

  Peaceful building.
  Good location; airport 20-30 mins away (depends on the traffic), walking distance to Old City (5 km), some small supermarkets and restaurants close.
  A/C and WiFi worked well.
  Small kitchen was enough for me.
  
  What could be improved: When checking in, I had to wait for the host for 30 mins to get the room number and the door code.
  Normally you can get these in a message before arriving.
  The security guy, when I checked in, was bit rude. He was "just working there"… He wasn't that good in English either.
  Other than that security people were good.

  I love everything, we were welcomed by the caretaker in the lobby. We were properly instructed of everything inside. The room is clean and comfortable. A bonus is their TV has a netflix, amazon prime, and youtube account, unlike others. The building is also near Lawson and 711 so it's very convenient.
