The location thing is honestly perfect if you’re doing business in BGC or just want to be where things are happening. You’ve got The Fort Strip practically at your doorstep, and getting to places like Serendra or High Street is just a quick walk – no need to deal with Manila traffic for your dinner plans. But here’s the thing that really sold me on this place: the building itself runs pretty smoothly. Check-in was straightforward, the elevators aren’t painfully slow (you’d be surprised how often that’s an issue), and the whole setup feels secure without being overly fussy about it. I stayed during one of those typical Manila rainy stretches, and having covered parking was honestly a godsend – small detail, but it matters when you’re hauling luggage around. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s not trying to be some flashy resort experience, just a really solid, comfortable base that gets all the important stuff right while giving you the space and amenities to actually live a bit instead of just crash between activities.

  It was super clean and walking distance to the shopping centre and restaurants. The pool was great where our daughter spent a lot of time.
  
  What could be improved: The noise in the second bedroom. Worked out that it is from the air conditioning compressors mounted under the floor so be prepared for a restless sleep if you sleep with the Air condition on.
  
  We also booked for 4 adults and our 17 year old daughter, as the add mentioned it had two sofa beds. We found that there was only one mattress in the wardrobe but no bedding so we had to improvise.
