The suites themselves feel more like proper apartments than hotel rooms, which I mean, makes sense given the name. The four-star rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be some luxury resort, but everything works well and feels clean and thoughtfully put together. The kitchenette actually has decent-sized appliances (I’ve seen way too many hotels with those tiny fridges that barely fit a water bottle), and there’s enough counter space to actually prepare something if you want to skip the restaurant scene for a night.

What really won me over was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the area. When I asked about getting to BGC without dealing with EDSA traffic, the front desk guy didn’t just point me toward a taxi – he actually drew out a route on a napkin and told me which jeepney to catch. That’s the kind of local knowledge you just don’t get at the big chain places. The building’s got this slightly older feel to it, but in a good way – like it’s been around long enough to have its systems figured out. Water pressure’s solid, AC works without sounding like a jet engine, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t mysteriously disappear every few hours. Plus, being this close to the airport (it’s about a 20-minute ride to NAIA on a good day) means you’re not stressed about early morning flights, but you’re still close enough to Greenbelt and all the Makati action when you want it. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I had a longer trip and wanted somewhere that feels a bit more like having your own place rather than just passing through.

  All. From easy flexible Check in to check out. First time we saw a condominium that was free from cockroaches, super clean and huge room, well maintained, comfty beds and towels, and near to cash and carry. the security guard is very helpful and very friendly, we felt secured as well. the owner is always around to help with our needs. parking area is also available. Thank you so much Mr. Bryan for accomodating us on our most special days. Kudos to all staff also!
