The kitchen setup is pretty functional too – nothing fancy, but if you want to grab some groceries from the nearby markets in Kapitolyo instead of eating out every meal, you can actually cook something decent.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being in a pretty busy part of Pasig. Kapitolyo’s got this cool mix of local eateries and newer spots, so you’re walking distance from some solid food options without being right in the middle of tourist chaos. The staff seemed to genuinely know the area well – they pointed me toward this hole-in-the-wall place for breakfast that I never would’ve found otherwise. Check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t a nightmare (which, let’s be honest, is half the battle in Metro Manila), and the whole experience felt way more upscale than what you’d expect from something calling itself “budget accommodation.” I’d definitely stay here again, especially since the 9.3 rating isn’t just inflated nonsense – it actually delivers on being a solid, comfortable place to crash while exploring this part of the city.

  The building is not high compared to other condominium. Good for Barkada’s. For big city it is quiet in the evening. Easy communication, the owner is easy to reach and also the cleaning woman is very nice. 😊 The pic below is after we left 😅 and the view from the window. 😊
  
  What could be improved: They don’t have own swimming pool. You must always pay the entrance free of the swimming pool of the hotel in the same building before you can used it.
