  Lovely apartment with everything needed a couple of small stores literally over the road and local usual shops on the main Rd. The mall's a short taxi ride away we we're too busy to check out the development itself. Oh when getting into the apartment touch the door handle to illuminate the numbers when you know you know.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing to complain about, the drains smell sometimes probably when it's nor rained for a while least I think it was the drains.

  As a frequent airbnb customer, this place is a good option especially if you are planning to stay near the area. Fastfood restaurants are just 10-15 mins walk and there is 7/11 convenience store within 5 min walk. The place is also clean (no cockroach 😊).
  
  What could be improved: The only downside is there is no lift in the building unfortunately and the room is located in 4th floor. But still, I might book again in this place for staycation.

  The facility is advertised just as it appears.An excellent, homely staycation, good for a couple and small family. The hosts are hands-on and readily available.

  The host is very friendly and customer-oriented. Individual wishes are taken care of excellently and the host offers solutions in the means of their influence. The premises are well secured by friendly security staff. The location is good for visits to Manila for example by Grab. The apartment has an effective AC. The washing machine was working as well.
  
  What could be improved: The stay was excellent. The induction stove had two hot plates of which only one was working however this did not pose any noteworthy invonceniences.
