Jazz Residences Tower B Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Jazz Residences Tower B? I was expecting just another generic serviced apartment in Makati, but this place actually has some serious personality. The building itself is pretty sleek – you can spot it easily from the street, and honestly, the lobby feels more upscale than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed at.
The thing about staying here is that you’re right in the thick of Makati’s business district, which sounds intense but actually works in your favor. I mean, yes, it gets busy during rush hour (around 7-8 AM and 6-7 PM), but the trade-off is incredible. You’ve got Century City Mall literally next door – I’m talking about a two-minute walk where you don’t even need to go outside thanks to the covered walkways. That mall has everything from high-end dining to a massive grocery store, which is clutch when you’re staying in a residence with a proper kitchen. The apartments themselves are spacious in a way that’s rare for Manila – the four-star rating feels accurate, maybe even conservative. The beds are comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the air conditioning actually keeps up with Manila’s humidity, which… trust me, not every place manages that well.
What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being in such a central location. The windows do a good job blocking out the street noise, though you’ll still hear the occasional jeepney or tricycle if you’re on the lower floors. The staff genuinely seems to care – they remembered my name after the second day, and when I mentioned I was looking for a good local breakfast spot, the front desk guy actually drew me a little map to this karinderya that serves amazing silog meals (it’s about a five-minute walk toward Gil Puyat Avenue, if you’re curious). Parking was surprisingly hassle-free too, which anyone who’s driven in Manila will tell you is basically a miracle. The building has its own secure garage, and I never had trouble finding a spot, even coming back late at night. The only minor thing – and this might just be me being particular – is that the elevators can get pretty packed during peak hours since it’s a big building with lots of residents, but honestly, that’s a small price to pay for everything else you get here.
Travelers should reserve a hotel in Manila at least two months ahead for major events like cultural festivals and religious celebrations, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near popular historic attractions.

Very Good – Yg from Philippines – April 11, 2025 (8/10)
Comfortable stay – Kathrina from Canada – March 26, 2025 (10/10)
I had a wonderful stay at this unit! It is showing its age but still deserves a 10 for me. The sheets were clean and the place smelled fresh. I appreciated the brand new shower curtains and the inside slippers, which added a nice touch of comfort. The wifi worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed for cooking. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Plus, there's an SM Hypermarket, BDO bank and several restaurants just downstairs, making everything super convenient.
What could be improved: Limited parking but I had no problem with getting grab car.Exceptional – Gracec from Philippines – March 11, 2025 (10/10)
