The thing about this four-star spot is that it sits right in Shore 3 Residences, which means you’re getting that residential building feel but with hotel perks. I mean, you’re literally walking distance to SM Mall of Asia – and I’m talking like a genuine 5-minute stroll, not that “walking distance” nonsense some places claim. The views from the upper floors are actually spectacular, especially at sunset when you can see Manila Bay stretching out. There’s something about watching the ferries and cargo ships move around while you’re sipping coffee that just works, you know?

What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being so close to everything. The MOA area can get pretty hectic – especially on weekends when half of Manila seems to descend on the mall – but inside the residences, it’s surprisingly peaceful. The rooms themselves feel more like serviced apartments than typical hotel rooms, which I loved. You get a proper kitchenette (actually useful, not just for show), decent-sized living areas, and the beds are genuinely comfortable. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to get work done or stream something after a long day walking around the bay area. I will say the elevators can be a bit slow during peak times, but that’s pretty standard for residential buildings in Manila. The staff knows their stuff though – they’ll tell you the best times to head to MOA if you want to avoid the crowds, or point you toward the good local spots along Seaside Boulevard that tourists usually miss. It’s that kind of local insight that makes a place feel less like just another hotel stay and more like you’ve got friends in the city.

  It was very modern and full kitchen and microwave and refräng. Even washing machine. And the big tv was great. Sofa was a bit weak but ok. I’m heavy so that’s probebly why I felt it was well sat. I think it’s a bed couch but I never tested that. It’s my first condo staying so really have nothing to compare with but I will definitely try that again. Oh yes the AC unit in bedroom was amazing silent and worked great. If have bedroom door open it kept the whole apartment feel comfortable. But there was a small one by the TV too but only needed that if someone was sleeping in bedroom and needed privacy.
  
  What could be improved: There was some cockroaches but small ones. We noticed they became much less when we made sure the sink drain was closed properly when we didn’t use it. We even let some water stay in sink… I don’t think they can swim haha. And they never left the CR room.
