I walked to several spots that would’ve been expensive Grab rides from other parts of the city. The building itself runs pretty quietly considering the urban density – you get city sounds but nothing that’ll keep you up at night unless you’re a super light sleeper. Check-in was surprisingly smooth through their system, though I’d recommend messaging ahead about timing since it’s not like a traditional hotel desk situation. The four-star rating feels accurate – it’s not luxury resort territory, but everything works well and feels thoughtfully put together. For the price point in this part of Makati, especially with the balcony space and full kitchen setup, it’s honestly a solid choice if you want to feel less like a tourist and more like you’re actually living in Manila for a bit.

  The unit was clean, equipped with cooking utensils, a working Wifi connection and have a washing machine. Aside from that, there is a comfortable bed to sleep on. The host was approachable and assured a great stay. She provided a detailed rules for check-in and -out process including the house rules. It was well-organised and ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay!

  Complete and very homey. I love the pool view as well.
  
  What could be improved: I don’t have problem with the unit/room we stayed in. For the entire bldg property only, elevators are slow. Parking in SM Jazz is way too pricey, almost 1k for an overnight stay. Better if the unit has its own parking slot.
