I’ll be honest – when I first heard about the Condominium at Spring Residences near Airport, I was skeptical about staying in what’s essentially someone’s apartment unit. But you know what? Sometimes those places surprise you, and this one absolutely did. Located in Paranaque’s Sun Valley area, it’s actually one of those four-star setups that feels more like crashing at a well-off friend’s place than staying at a typical hotel.

The thing that immediately won me over was how quiet it is for being so close to NAIA – I mean, you’re literally on West Service Road, which sounds terrible in theory, but the Spring Residences complex is set back enough that you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise. Tower 1 sits in this sort of sweet spot where you can actually sleep without earplugs (trust me, I’m picky about noise). The unit itself – 608, if you’re keeping track – has this lived-in comfort that chain hotels never quite manage. Real kitchen with actual cookware, not just a sad mini-fridge and instant coffee setup. The living area has enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re playing travel Tetris with your luggage.

What really sold me on the place, though, was how genuinely useful the location is if you’re doing that whole “early morning flight but want to see Manila properly” dance. You’re close enough to the airport that even with traffic, you’re looking at maybe 15-20 minutes in a taxi, but you can still hop over to places like SM City Sucat or even venture into Makati without it being a whole production. The building has decent security – not overly fussy, but they actually check IDs and keep track of visitors, which honestly made me feel better about leaving my gear there during the day. There’s covered parking if you rent a car, and the elevators are reasonably fast, which matters more than you’d think when you’re hauling suitcases around. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because it just felt comfortable in a way that surprised me – sometimes you find these little pockets of calm in the middle of Metro Manila’s chaos, and this turned out to be one of them.

  Our stay was phenomenal. The unit had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable 4-week stay. Von and Bern were excellent hosts—attentive, responsive, and welcoming. This is hands down the best place I’ve stayed in across all my visits to the Philippines. The location is great, with BGC around 30 minutes away by Grab, and everything else within reasonable driving distance. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I couldn’t have asked for more.

  The host is very responding and always helps immediately. It’s very easy to go to SM Bicutan and also directly beside the Skyway, so easy to go around. In the Appartement there was everything you need and the air condition was really good working.

  The good points of this property lies on its location–accessible to SM, stores etc. You'll feel safe here as there is a tremendous check in procedure before a visitor can pass (which other may think it is a hassle but I believe this protects the residence and guest from potential intruders.) The condominium is also packed with kitchen stuff and toiletries. Moreover, the owner replies promptly to messages via booking.com or via text.l and he/she is very polite in handling our inquiries and problems.

  Property is across from SM Bicutan. So just cross the street for your shopping/dining needs
  
  What could be improved: This place does not tolerate smokers. You’ll have to walk all the way outside the compound to go smoke/vape. It’s worse at night, since you’ll have to walk to the front entrance which is further from the back side that is closed after 10pm.
