Conrad Manila Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Conrad Manila, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a hotel sitting right in the Mall of Asia Complex. I mean, being connected to one of the biggest shopping centers in Asia sounds like it could go either way, right? But honestly, this five-star property really surprised me. The moment you step into that lobby, you forget you’re technically inside a mall. The space feels massive and sophisticated, with these gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with natural light from Manila Bay.
What really got me was how they’ve managed to create this bubble of calm despite being in such a busy area. You know what’s brilliant about the location though? You’re literally steps away from SM Mall of Asia – and I don’t mean that in a touristy way. When you’re dealing with Manila traffic (which, let’s face it, can be absolutely brutal), having everything from restaurants to pharmacies to entertainment right there is actually a godsend. The rooms facing the bay are where you want to be if you can swing it. I watched the sunset from my window on the 15th floor, and it’s one of those views that makes you stop whatever you’re doing and just stare. The bay breeze actually reaches up there too, which is refreshing when Manila gets sticky.
The pool area deserves a mention – it’s on a decent floor with views over the water, and surprisingly, it never felt crowded when I was there, even on weekends. The fitness center is solid too, though honestly, I spent more time exploring the boardwalk along Seaside Boulevard. That whole stretch comes alive in the evenings with street food vendors and families out for walks, and it gives you a real taste of how locals spend their free time. Parking wasn’t an issue since the mall’s garage system is pretty well organized, though weekends can get hectic with all the shoppers. One thing that struck me was how the staff genuinely seemed to know the area – they gave me directions to places that weren’t in any guidebook I’d seen. The breakfast spread is impressive without being overwhelming, and they actually have decent coffee, which isn’t always a given. If you’re flying in or out of NAIA, the location works really well since you’re not dealing with the nightmare traffic of crossing the entire metro area. Sure, you’re not in the historic heart of Manila, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – especially when you can still get there easily enough when you feel like exploring.
The luxury concierge service in Manila offers personalized access to traditional Filipino cooking classes, fine dining experiences, and VIP cultural events in this vibrant capital of the Philippines.

Reviews of Conrad Manila
All in all it was a great experience. The family looks forward to spend New Year’s Eve in your hotel. – Eunice from Saudi Arabia – September 10, 2025 (10/10)
The room had a great view of the bay. It’s also very convenient as it is near to the mall and restaurants. They also loved the breakfast buffet.
What could be improved: I expected that if 3 guests were booked in the room, all of the guests would have breakfast meal included.. as it was availed in the booking. But I found out that only 2 guests could only avail for that.Exceptional – Robert from United States – September 9, 2025 (10/10)
Staff and amenities were great. Felt like a real vacation. The comfort of our room, the location, and the personal demeanor of the staff made it all worth it.

A Memorable Stay at Conrad Hotel – Marifel from Philippines – August 29, 2025 (10/10)
We stayed at Conrad Hotel for an overnight during a concert at MOA, and it was the best choice! The location is very convenient with a bridge directly connecting to MOA.
We arrived a little before 3 PM for check-in, and to our surprise, we were upgraded—thank you so much to the two beautiful and friendly ladies at the front desk (I’m bad with names, but I truly appreciate you both). That small gesture meant so much to us.
The room was exceptional—clean, spacious, and comfortable. But what impressed me the most was the consistency of Conrad’s service. Every crew member we encountered was polite and welcoming, always greeting us with a hand to the chest and a bow. Such a simple gesture, but it really showed sincerity and warmth.
Overall, it was a short but wonderful stay. Thank you, Conrad Hotel, for making our concert experience even more memorable!Exceptional – Jayson from Philippines – August 27, 2025 (10/10)
