The Wi-Fi actually works well too, which is more than I can say for some fancier hotels I’ve stayed at in Manila.

What struck me most was how they’ve managed to make a small space feel genuinely comfortable rather than cramped. The bedroom has this nice natural light that filters in during the morning, and the little kitchen area is equipped enough that you could make a proper breakfast if you wanted to skip the usual hotel routine. The bathroom is clean and functional – nothing fancy, but the water pressure is solid and the hot water doesn’t take forever to kick in. You’re close enough to the bay that you can take evening walks along the waterfront, which is honestly one of the better ways to wind down in this part of the city. The whole area gets this nice breeze in the evenings that makes the humidity bearable. I noticed quite a few locals doing their evening jogs or just sitting by the water, which gave it a more authentic feel than some of the touristy spots. The only minor thing is that you can hear some street noise during busy periods, but it’s not terrible – just the usual sounds of city life. For the price point and the location, especially if MOA is on your agenda, this place delivers on what it promises without any pretense.

  (2.) Unit keys were well-informed.
  (3.) Many food establishments around the building.
  (4.) Easy to get a transport.
  
  What could be improved: (1.) Strict rules by the admin.
  (2.) There is no written info inside the unit for the wi-fi connection. The Wi-fi connection was bad, it kept on disconnecting almost every 3-4 mins.
  (3.) No toiletries.
  (4.) Roaches in the bathroom/toilet.
  (5.) The Mirror is too small – the size of a face.

  Location is fantastic. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Room is clean and near the swimming pool. Owner answers all my queries. Will definitely return again on my next trip.
