The building itself has this understated elegance that doesn’t scream for attention, which honestly feels refreshing when you’re surrounded by all the flashy towers in the area.

The suites are genuinely spacious, not just hotel-marketing spacious. I’m talking about actual living room areas where you can spread out your laptop and work comfortably, plus kitchenettes that are actually functional if you want to grab groceries from the Landmark downstairs (yes, there’s a department store right in the building – super convenient when you realize you forgot something). The four-star rating feels about right; it’s polished and well-maintained without being overly fancy. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, and check-in was smooth even during what looked like a busy evening.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being so central. You’re maybe a three-minute walk from all the Salcedo restaurants – and trust me, you’ll want to explore those – but the rooms face away from the main road noise. The weekend Salcedo Market is practically on your doorstep, which is perfect if you’re here on a Saturday morning. Plus, if you need to get anywhere else in Metro Manila, you’ve got the Greenbelt area right there, and grabbing a taxi or Grab is never a problem from this spot. It’s one of those places where the location just works – you feel settled in the neighborhood rather than like you’re just passing through a hotel district.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful and I appreciated the confirmation on services – eg. If my in room masseuse was leaving, they would call the room to confirm if they can leave or if I did not want service for my room that day, they will leave a confirmation note at my door. I appreciate the thoroughness of their service. Close proximity to several restaurants and convenience stores for 7-11 made this really convenient for us.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how hospitable they were and greeted us always with a smile. Seems very standard but this really does go a long way.
