  What could be improved: Despite fast smooth prior registration assisted by unit property manager, The front desk upon early drop off of baggage, asked for their lobby QR code to be read and make another registration, it was asking for details like unit owners name, unit number etc, took a bit of time.

  The studion apartment has everything you need, including a working kitchen, a small lounge area, bed, bathroom and wifi. It is very close to all amenities and just walking distance to the palace (nightlife/club). It comes in handy for when you're in BGC to go out and it also has nice views from the bed.

  The property is exceptionally clean and provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Uptown Mall and numerous restaurants, as well as Lnaders. Additionaly, it was only a short distance to our party venue at Xylo at the Palace.

  Amenities are all there, location is great, host communication and responsiveness is great. Very comfortable stay. Little to nothing negative about this property. Cleanliness is superb and can even have a midway stay clean depending on the duration of your stay.
