The thing about staying in Pasay is that you’re basically in this weird urban bubble where everything revolves around Ninoy Aquino International Airport, but Newport City has this surprisingly polished feel to it. Walking into this studio, I was struck by how they’ve managed to create this calm, almost residential vibe despite being surrounded by all the airport chaos. The soundproofing is actually impressive – I was prepared for constant plane noise, but honestly, you barely notice it once you’re inside. The studio itself feels more like a well-designed city apartment than typical hotel accommodation. There’s this attention to detail that you don’t usually find in airport properties – proper blackout curtains (crucial when you’re dealing with jet lag), a kitchenette that’s actually functional, and they’ve got the AC set to that perfect temperature where you don’t wake up feeling like you’re in the Sahara.

What really sold me on this place is how incredibly practical it is without feeling sterile. The location on Eighty One Newport Boulevard puts you right in the heart of this little airport district ecosystem – you’ve got Resorts World literally next door if you want decent restaurants or entertainment, and Terminal 3 is genuinely just a short walk away. I timed it once: four minutes door-to-door when I had an early morning flight. The staff seems to really understand the airport traveler mindset too – they’re used to weird check-in times, they’ll arrange wake-up calls for ungodly hours without making you feel bad about it, and the front desk always knows exactly how long it’ll take to get to whichever terminal you need. Plus, there’s something oddly satisfying about watching planes take off from the window while you’re sipping coffee in your pajamas, knowing you don’t have to rush anywhere. The 8.8 rating makes total sense to me – it’s one of those places that just works exactly as advertised, which is rarer than you’d think in this price range.

  The place had a cozy and classy atmosphere, true to its name. However, we found some aspects of the building could use improvement. The room was quite a distance from the elevator, which made it a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hallways felt dark and somewhat uninviting, and the temperature was on the warmer side. It would be beneficial to have an ATM in the building, as many areas still rely on cash for various transactions. Having access to cash on-site would enhance convenience for everyone.

  We had a great stay at the Cozy and Classy Studio! The apartment totally lives up to the photos—stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a comfortable space with lots of charming details, and it has everything you might need for a short-term stay, including all the essential appliances and amenities.
  
  One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location—it’s very easy to get to, and perfect for anyone transiting through Manila due to its proximity to the airport. There is a mall and a lot of shops, restaurants and hotels around the area. My advice is to just type “anytime fitness” (it is just in front of the entrance of the building) if you are looking for an exact location as there are two entrances and two lobbies of the whole complex. Whether you’re arriving late or leaving early, it’s incredibly accessible. It took us maybe 10min by walk from the airport to the building, and I would recommend just to use grab or a regular taxi if you have a lot of bags. We took grab for our departure flight, and it tooks us 3min for only 100php.
  
  The host was also very helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place near the airport.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing major, but I would just recommend adding one small towel to each guest besides the big ones. It adds to the hygiene of your guests and your property
