With a 9.2 rating, I went in with high expectations, and honestly, it lived up to them – this isn’t one of those places where you’re constantly making mental notes about what’s wrong or what could be better. It just works, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re trying to actually enjoy Manila instead of fighting with your accommodation.

  Although it is a small unit, it's clean with complete amenities (kitchen supplies and toiletries were more than enough), I like that hygiene products (even facemasks) are provided.
  Sofa bed was low but I understand it had to work with the room size.
  Security team were friendly and polite.
  
  Hopefully check-in instructions are sent at least a day before the guest's arrival to avoid worry and anxiety. A timely response from the host would be much appreciated as well. I appreciate that Mr. Lynn patiently explained the circumstances of the delay and followed through until I checked in.
