Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name Cozy Condo Apartment in Makati / Manila with mall, restaurants, groceries, pool, netflix, disney+ and more, I thought it was going to be one of those places that promises everything and delivers nothing. But you know what? This four-star spot in San Antonio Village actually lives up to the hype, and I mean that in the best possible way.

The thing about staying in Makati is that you’re right in the thick of everything – and this place gets that balance just right. Air Residences sits on Malugay Street, which honestly sounds like it should be noisy, but the building itself is surprisingly well-insulated. I could barely hear the street traffic from my unit, even though you’re literally walking distance from some of the city’s best food scenes. The lobby has this modern, clean vibe that doesn’t scream “budget accommodation,” and check-in was actually painless (rare for Manila, let’s be real). The staff knew their stuff too – they pointed me toward a fantastic sisig place just around the corner that I never would’ve found otherwise.

What really sold me on this place was how it feels like you’re living there, not just passing through. The apartment setup means you’ve got a proper kitchen if you want to grab groceries from the nearby markets, but you’re also steps away from restaurants when you can’t be bothered to cook. And speaking of can’t be bothered – having Netflix and Disney+ already set up was clutch after long days exploring the city. The pool area is nothing fancy, but it’s clean and usually not crowded during weekday afternoons. I spent a couple of mornings there with coffee, just watching Makati wake up around me. The building’s location means you can walk to several malls without breaking a sweat (important in that humidity), but you’re also in a residential area where you get a feel for how locals actually live. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Manila will appreciate. I’d definitely stay here again – it’s got that sweet spot of being comfortable enough to relax in but connected enough that you’re not wasting time getting around the city.

  Location of property is central, lots of restos, grocery is downstairs; everything is within reach, stay is convenient
  
  What could be improved: Small matter – the dining chairs are wobbly, so is the vanity table at the room; i used the vanity chair most of the time as it’s more stable. Hope you can invest on more stable chairs and tables.

  The location was great. It had its own little mini mall so didn't have to venture far. Room is small which is fine for 2. If you don't like heights I'd suggest staying lower down as this was on the 28th floor which was perfect for watching the new years eve fire works across the city. Awesome view. Host was extremely helpful.

  Home away from home! We loved our stay here. Ryan, the host, was amazing and maintained communication the whole time we were there. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy some home comforts for a couple of days. The mall close by has everything you need including laundry, a supermarket, restaurants etc. We felt super safe in the building. Everything was comfortable, great wifi. No issues at all! Would highly recommend.

  The location in Makati is perfect and the apartment itself provides everything you need, has a good shower and comfortable beds. Communication with the host was excellent. Also, the views from the apartment are quite impressive and we especially liked that the host, Ryan, let us stay until 3pm without extra charge.

  The room + sleeping area was just fine for me – a small person traveling alone. The view was great, having the mall next door was also really great. The cozy apt was well equipped, bed comfortable and communications with the host excellent – he was superfast to give good instructions when needed. I do not usually recommend anything, but I really like this apt and would go back.
