  Usually rentals only have items in them that are satisfactory at most. One thing that really impressed me about this property was that everything was quality. The refrigerator, kitchen items, bedding / pillows, and even the wifi. We had not trouble with losing connection while in the condo, and it was well decorated and very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The refrigerator sometimes had a high-piched ringing sound, but unplugging it and plugging it back it made it go away. It also might be a good idea to put something uner the microwave so that you can open the door fully without it hitting something. I had to lift the microwave to put anything in or take anything out.
