The karaoke pool situation is… well, it’s exactly what it sounds like, and it’s either going to be your favorite thing or mildly annoying depending on your mood and the other guests. I stayed there during a quieter week and actually ended up joining in one evening – there’s something oddly liberating about belting out classics while floating around. The pool area itself is pretty well-maintained, though it gets crowded on weekends when locals drop by. What really impressed me was the WiFi speed – they weren’t kidding about the “fast” part. I was working remotely during my stay and had zero issues with video calls, which is honestly rare in Manila condos. The connection stayed strong throughout the unit, even out by the pool.

The location in QC puts you in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to Manila’s main attractions but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the worst of the traffic and noise. Getting to Makati takes about 45 minutes during off-peak hours, maybe double that during rush hour – but that’s just Manila for you. There’s decent food within walking distance, including this little carinderia that locals hit up for breakfast that honestly beats most hotel restaurant fare. The building itself feels secure and well-managed, though the elevators can be slow during peak times. Check-in was smooth, and the host was actually responsive when I had questions about getting around the area. If you’re looking for something that feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a sterile hotel room, and you don’t mind the occasional karaoke session drifting up from the pool, this place hits that mark pretty well.

  We had a great stay at Cozy QC Condo! ❤️ Everything was really nice, very clean, aesthetic, well equipped, cozy, & the location is perfect! The building was very safe.  The wifi was extremely fast and the air conditioner worked perfectly! The owner/host was so kind, helpful & approachable. Excellent value for money! Definitely a HOME AWAY FROM HOME! We will surely book again! Thank youuuu 😊👏🏻🥰
