The building itself is one of those modern mid-rise developments that sprouted up everywhere in QC – nothing fancy from the outside, but the lobby is clean and the elevators work consistently, which honestly matters more than you’d think.

What surprised me most was how the studio actually felt spacious despite being, well, a studio. The balcony isn’t huge, but it’s enough to sit with your morning coffee and watch the organized chaos of EDSA below – there’s something oddly relaxing about it. The Netflix thing isn’t just marketing fluff either; they’ve got it set up properly and the internet really does run fast (I tested it obsessively because I had work calls). The pool area is shared with other units in the complex, and while it’s not resort-style, it’s clean and usually quiet during weekday afternoons. The gym is basic but functional – a few machines, some free weights, air conditioning that works. For a four-star setup, it hits that sweet spot where you’re not paying hotel prices but you’re getting more than the bare minimum. I mean, the shower has decent water pressure and stays hot, which sounds trivial until you’ve stayed places where it doesn’t. The only thing that bugged me was the occasional noise from upstairs neighbors, but that’s apartment life anywhere in Manila.     The unit where me and my husband stayed at was perfect. Real cozy! I love that we were located on the corner high floor. The city view was beautiful. The lobby has a cafe and convenient store which made our stay better. The building has a movie theater too!

    What could be improved: The building was new but a bit unfinished. Sometimes one or two of the 4 elevators in the building is out of service. So sometimes it takes a while to get to the lobby, or go up to the unit.

    We had a great experience staying at this condotel. The unit was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It came with a fully equipped kitchen, which made it convenient for us to cook and prepare meals — a big plus for longer stays or when you just want to dine in. It truly felt like a home away from home.

    What stood out even more was how approachable and accommodating both the owner and the caretaker were. From booking to checkout, communication was smooth and hassle-free. They were always easy to reach and quick to assist whenever we had questions or needed anything, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay.

    The location is convenient — it’s near the MRT station, and there’s a 7-Eleven right downstairs for quick essentials. However, if you’re looking for more food options like lutong-bahay restaurants or if you want to do grocery shopping, you’ll need to go a bit farther. The nearby palengke or SM supermarket isn’t just around the corner, so we suggest doing your groceries ahead of time if you prefer cooking or don’t plan on going out often.

    We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, complete amenities, and the excellent service provided by the owner and caretaker. We would definitely stay here again!

    What could be improved: The only downside was the building’s elevator. It would often malfunction, especially when we tried selecting the floor, which was inconvenient at times. However, this is more of a building issue and not something within the owner’s control. We hope the management addresses it soon.

    I appreciate the host's accommodation; she was very helpful with our needs. The property is well-located, just beside EDSA. Overall, my stay was a pleasant experience.

    What could be improved: What I didn't like about the property was the outside noise during our stay. There was ongoing construction on the same floor and in neighboring units in the mornings. While this wasn't a major issue for me since I was working during our stay, it was bothersome for my partner, who remained in the unit the entire time. Additionally, the elevator that served our unit was quite slow and frequently stopped at different floors, which was expected given that we were on a higher floor, especially during business hours.

    What could be improved: Where to start – very bad infestation of cockroaches (we killed about 8 or 10, some very large – as large no as my little finger), also bed bugs.

    For us this is Very Bad news, we live on a boat and if we let one bug or egg come back with us we have a nightmare job to deal with.

    The building is 45 stories and the room is on floor 29 There were 4 lifts but always at least 2 lifts out of order. So leaving or returning to the room was long and tedious.

    Many of the rooms were empty with building work being carried out. The corridors had tiles missing and were generally in bad repair. We also saw a cockroach in the lift.

    Overall I would highly recommend you avoid this place unless you want the above !
