This place actually lives up to the “cozy” part, and the location near Mall of Asia is pretty brilliant if you’re the type who likes having everything within walking distance.

The thing about staying in Pasay is that you’re right in the thick of things without dealing with the chaos of central Manila traffic. This four-star setup sits in S Residences Tower 3, and I mean, you can literally see the MOA complex from your window – which is either exciting or overwhelming depending on your shopping tolerance. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained, not like some of those hastily thrown together condos you see around the metro. Check-in was surprisingly smooth through the hosts, though I’d recommend coordinating your arrival time ahead of time since it’s not a traditional hotel front desk situation.

What really got me was how thoughtfully the space is laid out. The unit actually feels like someone’s home rather than a rental property – there’s proper kitchen equipment (I’m talking real plates, not plastic), comfortable seating that doesn’t look like it came from a budget furniture warehouse, and honestly, the bed was better than what I’ve found in some legitimate hotels around the area. The AC works properly too, which trust me, matters a lot during Manila’s humid months. You’re getting that condo lifestyle with hotel-level cleanliness, and the 9.4 rating makes total sense once you settle in. The wifi is solid enough for video calls if you’re mixing business with pleasure, and there’s actually decent water pressure in the shower – details that matter when you’ve been walking around MOA all day. If you’re flying in or out of NAIA, the location saves you from that brutal Manila traffic crawl, and you’ve got everything from SM Mall of Asia to the baywalk right there. It’s one of those places where the slightly awkward name doesn’t matter once you’re actually staying there.

  I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and clean Airbnb! The place is well-maintained and offers a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. It's in a fantastic location – just 20 minutes to the airport via the skyway, making it super convenient for travelers. SM MOA is also nearby, which is great for shopping and dining. Plus, there's a supermarket right across the street, so everything you need is just a step away. Overall, easy access to everything, and I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

  I love that the owner had attended to our needs specially when we rebooked..sent maintenance for a problem we've encountered..the building staff are nice..near to Gala Food Park which is the reason I booked here…near to MOA and even the airport…small but has everything you need🥰 we'll be back😍
