The building itself feels secure without being stuffy – the lobby’s clean, elevators work reliably (trust me, this matters), and the staff actually remembers your face after a day or two.

I’ll be straight with you though – this isn’t the kind of place where you’ll get turndown service or fancy toiletries. What you get is something better: a genuine slice of Manila life with all the practical comforts you actually need. The WiFi’s solid, the air conditioning works hard (and you’ll need it), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The neighborhood gets lively in the evenings, but it’s the good kind of lively – families hanging out, street food vendors setting up, that sort of authentic urban rhythm.   The place was very clean, very cozy and very spacious. There's a lot of space to move around, which is a must to families with small children like us. The place is also very close to the malls. The owner is very accommodating too. All in all we were very happy with our stay here. 🙂
