  Warning. Worst host ever. Each detail has payment. They claim that they are AirBNB, not condo-hotel. If you have kids and/or Persons with Disability/Senior Citizens with you, do not expect a considerate host here. He will wait for you to beg. I warned you already. This host should have a lesson, and should be exposed. WAIT: This Host will reply to this post, to refute this feedback. Be warned of his attitude.
  
  What could be improved: Everything, especially the attitude of the Host. We did not like. And there are guards and staff who will verify that this Host is a heartless businessman. If you plan to enjoy your stay, especially if you are not from QC, do not book here. He will not consider hosting you if you do not agree with all that he asks you to pay. Thank me later. Be warned.

  Lots of sleeping spaces, clean and complete.

Check in not as smooth – children and elderly with me were tired but we were comfortably seated at the lobby (though it was a bit noisy while we were there. Check out was smooth though. Toilet seat needing repair – not much a problem but the elderly need to be more careful when using it.
