This four-star place sits right in Newport Boulevard, and if you know Pasay, you’ll appreciate how close that puts you to everything without being stuck in the chaos of the main tourist areas. I could walk to decent restaurants and actually found some solid local spots that most hotel guests probably never discover. The building itself is modern enough – you’re not dealing with creaky elevators or dated fixtures, which was a relief. What I really liked was how quiet it gets at night, especially compared to the hotels closer to the airport or the big casino resorts. Sure, you can hear some street noise during the day, but it’s not the constant hum you get elsewhere in the metro area.

The room itself felt more like staying in someone’s well-appointed apartment than a traditional hotel room. There’s something refreshing about having actual counter space and storage that makes sense, rather than those weird hotel layouts where you can barely open your suitcase. The 8.2 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but everything works properly and the place is genuinely clean. I actually appreciated that the staff seemed to know guests by sight after a day or two, which you definitely don’t get at the massive properties. The check-in was smooth, no weird surprises about deposits or fees, and they were pretty helpful with directions to places that aren’t obvious tourist spots. One thing to keep in mind is that you’re not getting a hotel restaurant or room service situation here – but honestly, with the local food scene right outside, why would you want to be stuck eating hotel food anyway? If you’re the type who needs a concierge and daily housekeeping, this probably isn’t your spot, but if you want a comfortable, well-located base that feels more authentic than the big chain hotels, it’s actually a pretty smart choice.

  Convenient location to T3. I wish the instructions to reach the property was clearer. I said 10 min walk from the airport terminal 3 via walkway. With good amenities nearby a good value, especially if you’re doing a stop over in Manila.

  What could be improved: We booked a room expecting it is the same unit from last time we booked in 2019, and as per photo.
  The unit given to us this time is way so different from what is in the photos! A different unit so I was a little confuse. Overall still good comfortable space but not a room that was expected in the photo.

  the property was clean, located right next to the airport and in a convenient neighborhood. in addition the apartment is quiet as it is located on a high floor and faces the inner courtyard (versus being on the busy road) There is a security guard that lets you into the building as well.
