The four-star rating makes sense once you’re inside – the lobby’s got that polished marble thing going on, and the elevators are fast enough that you’re not standing around forever (trust me, that matters when you’re on the 20th floor). The units themselves are spacious, way more than what you’d get at a traditional hotel for the same price point. I stayed in a one-bedroom that had a full kitchen, which was clutch for storing leftovers from all the incredible food around MOA. The air conditioning works like a dream too, and in Manila’s humidity, that’s non-negotiable.

Here’s the thing though – location-wise, you’re sort of in this bubble near the bay. It’s peaceful, which is rare for Pasay, but you’ll need to grab a taxi or jeepney if you want to explore other parts of the city. The trade-off is worth it though, because you can walk to SM Mall of Asia in about ten minutes, and that complex has everything – restaurants, an IMAX theater, even an ice skating rink if you need to escape the heat. Plus, there’s this whole boardwalk area along the bay where locals jog in the evenings, and it’s got this unexpectedly chill neighborhood feel. The building’s amenities are solid – there’s a pool deck where you can actually relax without fighting crowds, and the gym has decent equipment. Parking was never an issue when I visited, which honestly shocked me given how impossible it can be elsewhere in Metro Manila. The staff at the front desk speaks good English and they’re genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. I’d definitely come back, especially if I’m planning to spend time shopping or just want a quieter base while still being connected to the city.
