The building itself has that sleek, modern apartment-hotel vibe – think clean lines and lots of glass, though it doesn’t try too hard to be flashy. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially considering you’re still technically in metro Manila’s business district. The rooms are honestly more spacious than I expected, with kitchenettes that are actually functional (not those sad mini-fridges masquerading as cooking spaces). The Netflix part of their name isn’t just random marketing speak either – they’ve got smart TVs with streaming access, which saved me during a particularly rainy evening when going out felt like more trouble than it was worth.

Here’s the thing about staying in this part of Makati – you’re close enough to walk to Greenbelt when you want that mall experience, but you can also duck into the smaller local spots that most visitors never discover. There’s this tiny café about two blocks down Malugay that serves incredible longsilog, and honestly, finding places like that is half the fun of staying somewhere that feels more residential than hotel-y.
