Executive Suite – BSA Twin Towers, Ortigas Ctr Overview
Honestly, when I first walked into Executive Suite – BSA Twin Towers, Ortigas Ctr, I wasn’t expecting much from what looked like just another business hotel on Ortigas Avenue. But you know what? This four-star place actually surprised me in the best way possible.
The location is really what sold me on it – I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Ortigas Center, which means you can walk to SM Megamall in about five minutes (perfect for those late-night food court runs), and the MRT station is close enough that you don’t need to deal with the nightmare that is Manila traffic if you’re heading to Makati or BGC. The building itself sits right between all those glass towers where everyone works, so there’s this interesting energy during weekdays – lots of business travelers in crisp barongs mixing with tourists trying to figure out the jeepney routes. The executive suites are genuinely spacious, which is rare in this part of the city where developers usually cram everything into shoebox-sized rooms. I had enough space to actually unpack my suitcase and still walk around without stubbing my toe on furniture every five minutes. The kitchenette was surprisingly well-equipped too – not just the usual mini-fridge and coffee maker, but actual cookware if you want to grab some fresh ingredients from the nearby markets.
What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being on such a busy avenue. I was worried about the traffic noise (Ortigas Avenue never really sleeps), but the windows do a solid job of keeping the sound out. The staff knows their stuff too – they actually gave me useful directions to places instead of just pointing vaguely down the street. During my stay, the hotel restaurant had this interesting mix of Filipino comfort food and international dishes, though I’ll be honest, the adobo was just okay – you’re better off walking two blocks to that little carinderia that the front desk guy recommended. The pool area is small but clean, and there’s something nice about taking a dip while looking up at all those corporate towers around you. It feels very Metro Manila in a way that’s hard to explain. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in this city will tell you is basically a miracle. The only minor thing that bugged me was the elevator situation during rush hours – lots of office workers from the other floors using the same lifts, so you might wait a bit longer than usual around 6 PM.

Highly recommended! The unit is big, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for both short and extended stays. You're allowed to cook, and there’s a laundry area provided, which was a big plus. The location is excellent: the mall is just across the road, and major shopping centers like Megamall and The Podium are within walking distance. Rain or shine, you’ll still be able to shop and explore the area easily. It’s also just about 25 minutes to the airport. The host was very responsive and understanding — he even granted my request for a late 2 PM checkout since my flight was in the evening. Really appreciated the hospitality! Thank you so much Ricky!
The place was very accessible and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you to our lovely host and Ate Marites. – Christine from United Kingdom – July 26, 2025 (10/10)
Location was very accessible to everything.
What could be improved: Nothing.Great central place, accommodating host. – Ronald from Philippines – July 12, 2025 (10/10)
Very good and central location, right across one of the biggest malls in the world (literally Google it.)
The bed and pillows! We found it very comfortable!
Host was very kind and accommodating. He made sure we were well taken care of and was very patient when we arrived much later than our expected time at past midnight due to airport hassles. He also recommended places to eat and explore.
The place was big–more than enough for our needs, yet was priced the same as smaller units.
Although we didn't use any, the place is well equipped with basic cooking, dining, and laundry equipment.
Aircon was cold and the place was quiet.
There's a self-laundry, massage, and other services downstairs near the lobby.
What could be improved: Very, very minor… if it can have more blackout curtains. But this is more because I wanted to sleep more because of jetlag and having arrived late. I'm nitpicking. There's really nothing to complain about.Very suitable and comfortable, friendly owner and staff! – Michael from Belgium – July 6, 2025 (10/10)
The privacy and autonomy of a clean appartment!
It was nice and comfy. – Mary from Philippines – June 21, 2025 (9/10)

Great place with a home like atmosphere – Kenneth from Denmark – September 7, 2024 (9/10)
It is a nice and home like feeling, unlike in a hotel. You feel like you are in a real apartment where people live. The view is fantastic. You can see a big part of Manila from the windows. The facilities was perfect for cooking and even doing laundry yourself if you want that.
What could be improved: The aircons can be a bit noisy, especially if you are not used to aircons.Jut lovely!!!! – Richard from Kenya – August 17, 2024 (10/10)
