The unit itself feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel room, and with two proper bedrooms, families aren’t cramming into one space trying not to wake the kids.

What really won me over was how the place manages to feel residential while still offering that hotel-level service you want when you’re traveling. The building’s amenities are solid – there’s a decent pool area where you can actually hear yourself think (unlike some of the busier spots closer to EDSA), and the security is tight without being annoying about it. Honestly, the setup works particularly well if you’re in town for an extended stay or dealing with that awkward situation where you need space for in-laws but don’t want everyone on top of each other. The kitchen is fully functional too, which saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in Manila adds up fast. I spent a few evenings just cooking simple meals and watching the city lights from the windows – not glamorous, but somehow exactly what I needed.

The Quirino Highway location might seem a bit removed if you’re used to staying in Makati or BGC, but that’s actually part of the charm. You’re in a more authentic part of metro Manila where real families live, not just the expat bubble. Getting to other parts of the city isn’t too painful – there are plenty of jeepney routes and ride-sharing options, plus if you’re driving, you can actually find parking around here, which is basically a miracle in this traffic-choked metropolis. The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you experience the place; it’s that rare find that delivers on comfort and practicality without trying too hard to impress. Sure, it’s not going to give you that luxury hotel Instagram moment, but if you want a genuine base for exploring northern Metro Manila with enough space to spread out and actually relax, this condo setup hits the sweet spot between hotel convenience and residential comfort.

  The apartment was great, well equipped, quiet and with a reasonable view.

  We will be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it.
  We were lucky that relatives live nearby so we could borrow towels as the towels supplied were soft, fluffy and useless for drying after a shower.

  Lovely 2 large bed condo well equipped excellent value for money, very clean and comfortable. The development itself is very well kept and friendly. The smallish mall is just a few minutes walk away but has everything you need. A credit to its owners.

  Very clean and comfortable and extremely close to the mall very safe for foreigners to walk there since there’s security everywhere
