  マカティＭＣＳのすぐそばに位置しており、ウォルターマートやリトル東京へも２～３分と好立地。プールもものすごく広く、冷蔵庫・レンジ・トースター・炊飯器・洗濯機・アイロン・ヘヤ―ドライヤー・食器類も揃っており、快適に過ごせた。
  
  What could be improved: ４６階建ての高層マンション的コンド―ホテルに対して、エレベータ４機。すべてが各階乗降できるため、エレベーター待ちが５～１０分でちょっとイライラした。全てが各階乗降でなく、快速エレベーター（隔階乗降／高層階用）があればよかったと思う。
  ２ベッドルーム（家族６人）に対して、トイレ・シャワー室が１部屋しかなく、若干不便に感じた。
