I mean, when you can grab dim sum at Tim Ho Wan or hit up the weekend market at Salcedo Village within minutes, you know you’re well-positioned. The fact that couples rate this four-star spot so highly makes sense — there’s something romantic about watching the city lights from that height, and you’ve got plenty of date night options within walking distance.

The Apartment Setup

The two-bedroom layout gives you actual space to breathe, which is refreshing in a city where hotel rooms can feel cramped. The kitchen is functional enough that you could actually cook if you wanted to (though with Manila’s food scene, why would you?). What I appreciated most was the reliable Wi-Fi and the Netflix setup — after long days exploring the city, it’s nice to just collapse and stream something. The bedrooms are comfortable, and there’s enough storage that you won’t be living out of your suitcase for your entire stay.

Building Amenities

The pool area became my go-to escape from Manila’s heat and humidity. It’s not huge, but it’s clean and usually not too crowded during weekday afternoons. The free parking is honestly a game-changer if you’re planning to rent a car — finding parking in Makati can be a nightmare, so having a guaranteed spot takes away a major headache. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained, with helpful staff who actually seem to know what’s going on around the neighborhood.

  マカティＭＣＳのすぐそばに位置しており、ウォルターマートやリトル東京へも２～３分と好立地。プールもものすごく広く、冷蔵庫・レンジ・トースター・炊飯器・洗濯機・アイロン・ヘヤ―ドライヤー・食器類も揃っており、快適に過ごせた。
  
  What could be improved: ４６階建ての高層マンション的コンド―ホテルに対して、エレベータ４機。すべてが各階乗降できるため、エレベーター待ちが５～１０分でちょっとイライラした。全てが各階乗降でなく、快速エレベーター（隔階乗降／高層階用）があればよかったと思う。
  ２ベッドルーム（家族６人）に対して、トイレ・シャワー室が１部屋しかなく、若干不便に感じた。
