  The location was really good, just at the back of Southmall Las Piñas. The unit was cllean and comfortable to stay in. Would recommend and definitely book this place again in the future.
  
  What could be improved: No big issues, just needed an extra pillowcase and it was resolved immediately. The host replies quickly and they have spare amenities in the cupboard.

  What could be improved: cockroaches. We didnt eat or cook in the apartment but we still need to spray insect killer everyday. It's not just the room but the building in general because you can see them in the corridors as well.

  Communication with the owner was easy. Checking in and checking out is easy peasy too! The location is just a stone throw away from the mall itself. Very convenient! And if you ran out of supplies when the mall is closed there are stores around that are open 24/7. The flat itself is rather cute and well kept. Very clean everywhere from the lobby, communal spaces and surrounding areas! The staff are always courteous and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay here. My in-laws were impressed with the whole experience. Thank you!
